Today I am going to share with you all a spicy and yummy curry recipe with ingredients that are readily available in our kitchen.
Normally we use french beans in Indo Chinese recipes and curries.
But in this post I am going to share a curry recipe using french beans as a primary ingredient.
It can be prepared within 15 minutes and goes well with chapathi and poori.
This recipe is a savior for bachelors in this lockdown period,because it can be prepared in short time with less ingredients.
So why late let's get started.
Below are the ingredients required to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
1. French beans -- medium chopped
2. Corainder - a bunch
3. Tomato - 2 finely chopped
4. Salt - as per your taste.
5. Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
6. Green chili - 6
7. Ginger - medium chopped
8. Oil -- 2 tablespoons
Procedure:
1. Wash french beans nicely and cut them into pieces of 1 inch length.
2. For masala: Take a mixer jar, add green chilies, ginger,coriander and half a spoon salt and blend them into a smooth paste.
3. Now place a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it for a minute.
4. Once the oil is heated, add chopped tomatoes and fry them for 3 minutes, till they become soft.
5. Then add coriander paste and fry it on slow flame for about 2 minutes.
6. Once the mixture is fried, then add chopped french beans and give it a nice stir.
7. After frying the mixture for a minute, add required amount of water and mix the ingredients nicely.
8. Cover and cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
9. Once french beans turns soft, add salt ,chilli powder and mix nicely.
Add salt and chili powder according to your taste.
10. Adjust the gravy consistency and switch off the stove.
11. Dish out the curry into a serving bowl and serve to your family.
That's it tasty and yummy French beans curry is ready to eat.
As you see we used very less ingredients , which are readily available in most of the kitchens.
