Menthipowder (Fenugreek powder)

Hi friends below are the steps for preparing Menthi powder. This can be stored for 1 month in an air tight container.

Below ingredients are needed for preparation:

1.Dhaniya(Dhaniyalu) – 2 tablespoons.
2. Chana dal (Senagapappu) – 2 tablespoons.
3.Urad dal (Minapappu) – 2 tablespoons.
4.Dry red chili – 4.
5.Fenugreek(Menthulu) – 1 tablespoons.
6.Jeera(Jeelakarra) – 2 tablespoons.
7.Tamarind(Chinthapandu) – lemon size.
                                                                             

Preparation:
1.     Place a pan on stove, add all the ingredients to it and dry roast them till they turn little bit brown.


                                                                  

2.     Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down for 10 minutes.


                                                                   

3.     Once they cooled down, transfer the mixture into a mixer jar and grind them into a fine powder.

                                                                  

                                                                   

4.     Transfer the powder into an air tight container.
