Instant Godhumapindi Atlu(Wheat flour Dosa)



Hi friends ,Good evening to all of you,today I came up with an easy and tasty dosa recipe. This recipe takes maximum 30 minutes and is an ideal breakfast or dinner recipe.
It requires just 4 main ingredients which are easily available in our kitchen.
If you need to prepare tiffin within less amount of time, then this dosa will be your savior.


So here is the recipe name “Instant Wheat flour dosa”.
 
Below are the ingredients required for this recipe:

1.     Wheat flour/Atta (Godhuma pindi) – 3 cups (Serves for 4 people).
2.     Rice flour(Varipindi) – 2 cups.
3.     Sooji (Godhuma nooka) – ½ cup.
4.     Salt – 2 teaspoons.
5.     Jeera – 2 teaspoons.
6.     Chili powder – 1 teaspoon.
7.     Green chilies(Pachimirapakayalu) – finely chopped.
8.     Curd – 4 to 5 spoons.
9.     Onions – finely chopped.
10.Coriander(Kothimeera) – finely chopped.

Preparation:

1.     Take a bowl, pour all the above stated ingredients, add little amount of water and let it stay for 10 minutes. Then slowly add little amount of water and mix until there are no lumps and mixture is of dosa batter consistency. Let the batter sit for another 10 more minutes.


                                                                                        
2.     Place a pan on the stove, let it heat for 5 minutes. Once it is heated pour few drops of oil and spread it evenly on the pan.

3.     Now take a ladleful of the batter and pour on the center of the tawa/pan. Starting from center use the bottom of the ladle in a slowish spiral motion moving outwards, to spread batter uniformly on the pan. Sprinkle finely chopped onions and finely chopped coriander on top of dosa. You can even add finely chopped carrot too.

                                               
                                             

4.     Add tiny amounts of oil on the edges of dosa so that it can be flipped easily to the other side.

5.     Flip the dosa to the other side using spatula and evenly cook the dosa on both sides till it turns a slight brown on both sides.

6.     Once the dosa is nicely cooked on both sides, transfer it into plate.
               
                     
Yummy and tasty Godhuma pindi dosa (Wheat flour dosa) is ready to eat. This goes well with coconut chutney or groundnut chutney.
So simple right! This recipe can be cooked within 30 minutes if you have all the ingredients in your kitchen.
